Second unit: Master bedroom, twin bed, ceiling and bedside fans, ensuite bathroom, wrap around veranda. Third Unit: East and West Bedrooms. Two bedrooms with twin beds and ensuite bathrooms, walk in closets, ceiling fans, one shared wrap around veranda.
Nearby: The beach of Friendship Bay is a short walk. Lower Bay and Princess Margaret are 5 min drive. Port Elizabeth Harbour (shops and markets) is a 1/2 hour walk or 7 min drive. Airport is a 10 min drive.
