Pleasant top: there is no place like it in the Grenadines! The property is situated right at the top of Belmont Hill, Bequia, in a lovely tropical garden. From here you see everything! The view consists of almost all of Bequia and on a clear day most of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Accommodation: two large bedrooms with queen size beds on the main floor, one with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, double sink and heavy duty washing machine. The other bedroom uses the main bathroom in the hallway. The lower floor consists of an apartment with bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom and kitchenette.

Lay Out: Huge main verandah, 70ft long and 12 ft wide, overlooking all of Admiralty Bay, comfortable living dining/room, (though with this view you'll usually enjoy your meals on the verandah!), fully equipped kitchen, 14 by 9 ft. infinity pool with terrace and outside shower beside the main verandah. The apartment has a private living area and adjacent patio.

Amenities: solar water heater, 110V converter, BBQ, linen provided, weekly maid service, gardening tools, phone, cable TV, scanner, printer, CD player, radio. Dodge 4x4 car can be included in the rental rate.

Nearby: besides the magnificent view, Pleasant top is within easy reach of all the beautiful beaches of Bequia; town with shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and boutiques, and we advise you to take the opportunity to visit the Southern Grenadines that you saw from your doorstep by sailing yacht!

Extra: two lovely cats are permanent residents, their names are Patch and Missy.
