Our Commitment to You...On board the Yacht TABOO we are committed to quality, freshness and flavour. From our freshly prepared sauces, soups, crisp garden salads, to the extensive array of home baked breads, desserts, and sweets. We store a collection of top quality wines and spirits. My menu has been designed to help our guests in aquiring foods lower in calories, fats,and cholesterol...quality with great tasting foods. Additionally, we can accomodate special dietary requests.

BREAKFAST
Assorted breakfast cereals and
granola served with fresh sectioned grapefruits and an assortment of hot
cinnamon Danish, blueberry and honey raisin bran muffins, and freshly baked
croissants with chilled orange juice.
Crisp baked bacon and herb scrambled eggs with homemade hash browns, whole wheat
toast or English muffins.
Orange Blossom French Toast or Hot Waffles, fresh off the griddle, served with
orange maple syrup and oven baked sausages.
Blueberry and Buttermilk Pancakes topped with a banana, coconut, pineapple
compote and mango syrup.
Eggs Benedict served with freshly made Hollandaise sauce, Canadian back bacon,
sliced oranges and cantaloupe and Champagne Mimosa.
All breakfast served with Robertson's English jams and marmalades, assorted
chilled juices, coffee and tea.
Mid-morning snack of fresh fruits, granola and chocolate bars.
LUNCH
Tastefully
decorated Buffet Lunch with a different salad served each day... The Main Luncheon Dish is one of the following: A choice of hot
from the oven crab, asparagus or quiche Lorraine

COCKTAIL HORS d' OEUVRES Served every day between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Includes an excellent array of tasty snacks to tempt your appetite along with your choice of afternoon cocktail or sample Miranda's marvelous rum punch.
