Lady White

The Yacht:

Lady White is a 56 ft long Mikado ketch. The Mikado yachts were built for world wide ocean voyaging with up to 10 crew or guests. As such they are very strong and seaworthy yachts. The ketch rig (two masts) ensures that she sails very well despite her heavy displacement.
She has a center cockpit covered by a fixed bimini, behind that a large lounging area which can be covered by an awning to provide shade.
Lady White is based in the Windward Islands, especially Carriacou, but she can meet you anywhere between Martinique and Grenada.

Crew

Freddie and Jacqui quit their busy jobs in the UK, sold their house and bought a small boat in search of a better lifestyle.
They practiced sailing in Europe, then sailed across the Atlantic and arrived in the Caribbean in 2016.
For a few years they worked in a sail loft in Carriacou. During that time they were admiring a yacht right there in Carriacou and got offered a partnership in her to do charters. They then made the not so hard decision to sail more and share their love of the islands with guests.
There is much more to that story, they will tell you when you get here!
Jacqui is a certified scuba instructor, she will be delighted to accompany you snorkeling. There is an underwater camera on board, hence she can film you whilst swimming with turtles in the crystal clear waters of the Tobago Cays!

Cuisine

Jacqui has discovered a talent she didn’t know she had when still in the UK: cooking. She creates culinary delights from fresh ingredients available in season in the Caribbean, she even wrote a cookbook about it, titled “Kitchen Virgin to Galley Queen”. Apart from captaining the yacht Freddy is in charge of the well stocked drinks cabinet.
